Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling

: Contacting potential customers or existing clients to promote products/services, conduct surveys, or provide information.

Customer Support

: Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the call.

Follow-Up Calls

: Maintaining regular communication with customers and following up on previous calls or sales discussions.

Problem Resolution

: Addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills

: Ability to speak clearly and effectively.

Sales Skills

: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.

Listening Skills

: Attentiveness to customer concerns and needs.

Customer-Centric

: Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain a positive tone.

Basic Computer Skills

: Proficiency in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, or other software.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
