Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
Answer incoming calls from customers and address their queries or concerns.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer database.
Generate interest and schedule appointments or product demos, if required.
Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle objections professionally and close sales or pass qualified leads to the sales team.
Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and improve processes.
