The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering customer inquiries, providing information, and maintaining customer records. The role requires good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers/clients.
Explain products or services in a clear and polite manner.
Handle incoming calls and answer queries.
Maintain an updated database of customer information.
Follow up with customers for feedback or additional information.
Generate leads and fix appointments, if required.
Meet daily/weekly calling targets.
Maintain call reports and share updates with the supervisor.
Skills Required
Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Polite and confident on calls.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Ability to handle customer questions patiently.
Good listening and follow-up skills.
Qualifications
BBA, B.A, or any graduation
Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
