Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details.
Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with customers.
Requirements
:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English).
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is desirable.
