Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students who have shown interest in Vastu courses.
Explain the features and benefits of the Vastu course curriculum.
Address inquiries, concerns, and objections from prospective students.
Follow up with leads to encourage enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of all telephonic interactions in a CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in telecalling or sales, especially in the education or online course sector, is a plus.
Persuasive and confident attitude.
Ability to handle rejection professionally.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
A high school diploma or equivalent is generally sufficient.
