Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Consultant

who will be responsible for

lead generation, counseling prospective students, and converting leads into enrollments

. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with potential learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through tele-calling, field visits, social media outreach, and referral channels. Follow up on inquiries from online campaigns, walk-ins, and incoming calls. Understand the student's profile and recommend suitable courses. Counsel potential students about course offerings, schedules, and career benefits. Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly. Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets. Collaborate with marketing team to improve promotional strategies. Attend promotional events, seminars, or workshops if required.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or Education background preferred). Proven experience in sales, counseling, or business development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi). Confidence in talking to students, parents, and working professionals. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. Comfortable using basic digital tools (CRM, MS Excel, WhatsApp, etc.) Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
