to join our growing team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and dealing with customer objections.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Direct prospects to the field sales team or senior sales personnel when needed.
Enter and update customer information in the database (CRM).
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Proficient in English (or regional language, as required).
High school diploma; BSc/BA is a plus.
Experience with CRM software and telephone systems is an advantage
