Key Responsibilities:



Make

outbound calls

to potential and existing customers using provided lead data. Handle

telecalling, telesales, and telemarketing activities

to promote products and services. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers. Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions to maximize sales. Convert

qualified leads into successful sales

and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Maintain a high level of

customer engagement and satisfaction

during calls. Perform regular

follow-up calls

to nurture leads and close pending sales. Manage

inbound and outbound calls

professionally and efficiently. Accurately update call details, customer information, and sales status in CRM or call logs. Handle customer objections, queries, and complaints in a polite and professional manner. Meet assigned

Tele-sales targets, call targets, and KPIs

consistently. Coordinate with the sales and support team to improve conversion rates. Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve sales strategies and offerings. Participate in

sales campaigns, promotions, and telecalling drives

.

Preferred Skills:



Previous experience in telecalling or sales roles. Knowledge of

CRM tools

and customer databases.

Multilingual

skills are a plus.

Education:



Bachelor's degree

in any field is a plus (optional).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?24,974.30 per month
