Handle customer objections, queries, and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
Meet assigned
Tele-sales targets, call targets, and KPIs
consistently.
Coordinate with the sales and support team to improve conversion rates.
Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve sales strategies and offerings.
Participate in
sales campaigns, promotions, and telecalling drives

Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in telecalling or sales roles.
