Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain company services
Receive inbound calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the counseling team
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain call records
Maintain and update customer data in CRM or excel sheets
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets
Handle objections and provide accurate information to clients
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth conversions
Maintain professionalism and company ethics at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role (freshers can apply)
Good communication skills in
English & Hindi
(regional language is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling software)
Ability to convince and handle customer objections
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in
immigration, visa, education, or overseas consultancy
will be an advantage
Minimum 1 to 2 years of Experience
Female/Male candidates both can apply
