We are hiring a

Telecaller Executive

to handle outbound/inbound calls, explain services to customers, and generate leads. The role requires good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries Explain company services clearly and professionally Follow up with leads and maintain call records Achieve daily and monthly calling targets Coordinate with the sales team

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

12th (mandatory)

Experience:

Fresher or experienced both can apply Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Gujarati) preferred) Basic computer knowledge Immediate joiner preferred

Salary:

As per company norms + incentives
