Job Description

Client Outreach & Calls:



Make regular outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries to promote weight loss programs. Maintain a professional and friendly tone to create a positive first impression.

Understanding Client Goals:



Listen carefully to clients' health and fitness objectives, such as weight loss, or body transformation, to provide personalized program recommendations.

Program Explanation & Guidance:



Clearly explain the features, benefits, duration, pricing, and expected outcomes of various wellness programs. Help clients understand how the program suits their individual goals.

Lead Follow-Up & Conversion:



Regularly follow up with interested clients, provide additional information as needed, and convert inquiries into enrolments to meet sales targets.

Handling Queries & Objections:



Address client questions, concerns, or doubts about the program, pricing, or results in a professional, empathetic, and persuasive manner.

Record Keeping & Reporting:



Maintain detailed records of calls, client interactions, follow-ups, and enrolments using spreadsheets. Submit daily and monthly reports on performance and lead status.

Coordination with Team:



Work closely with nutritionists, fitness trainers, and support staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and seamless delivery of programs.

Target Achievement:



Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrolment targets while maintaining high-quality client service. Set your target for your own satisfaction as a genuine employee.

confidentiality & Professionalism:



Ensure all client health information is handled with strict confidentiality and maintain a professional approach in all communications.

Continuous Learning:



Stay updated about program details, new offerings, and fitness trends to effectively educate and guide clients.

Required Qualifications:



Required Qualifications



Minimum

Graduate

candidates preferred Prior experience in

telecalling, telesales, wellness, fitness, or health-related sales

is an advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
