Understanding Client Goals:
Listen carefully to clients' health and fitness objectives, such as weight loss, or body transformation, to provide personalized program recommendations.
Program Explanation & Guidance:
Clearly explain the features, benefits, duration, pricing, and expected outcomes of various wellness programs. Help clients understand how the program suits their individual goals.
Lead Follow-Up & Conversion:
Regularly follow up with interested clients, provide additional information as needed, and convert inquiries into enrolments to meet sales targets.
Handling Queries & Objections:
Address client questions, concerns, or doubts about the program, pricing, or results in a professional, empathetic, and persuasive manner.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of calls, client interactions, follow-ups, and enrolments using spreadsheets. Submit daily and monthly reports on performance and lead status.
Coordination with Team:
Work closely with nutritionists, fitness trainers, and support staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and seamless delivery of programs.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrolment targets while maintaining high-quality client service. Set your target for your own satisfaction as a genuine employee.
