Job Overview
We're looking for a
results-driven Telecaller Executive
who will be responsible for
generating new business
by reaching out to healthcare providers, practice managers, and clinic owners. You'll identify prospects, make cold/warm calls, schedule discovery meetings, and help convert leads into long-term clients. This is a
sales-focused role
where your ability to communicate value, build relationships, and close deals will directly impact your success and earnings.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach:
Make
50-100+ outbound calls daily
to healthcare practices (cold and warm leads)
Research and identify potential clients (newly opened clinics, practices with billing issues, etc.)
Use LinkedIn, databases, and referrals to build a qualified prospect list
Track all leads and activities in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Sales Conversations & Relationship Building:
Engage practice managers, clinic owners, and physicians in meaningful conversations about their billing challenges
Clearly explain how Precise RCM solves their problems (cash flow, denials, AR aging, etc.)
Handle objections professionally and overcome resistance
Build rapport quickly and establish trust
Appointment Setting & Follow-Up:
Schedule discovery calls/demos with qualified prospects for the sales team
Follow up persistently with leads who show interest but haven't committed
Nurture long-term prospects through regular touchpoints
Product Knowledge & Consultation:
Understand our services deeply (claims management, denial prevention, AR follow-up, credentialing support, etc.)
Educate prospects on the value of outsourcing vs. in-house billing
Share case studies, testimonials, and success metrics to build credibility
Pipeline Management:
Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects at various stages (cold, warm, qualified, meeting scheduled, proposal sent)
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, meetings booked, and deals closed
Provide regular updates to management on lead status and conversion rates
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales manager and account management team
Share feedback from prospects to help refine messaging and positioning
Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have:
1-3 years of experience
in B2B sales, telesales, or business development (healthcare industry preferred)
Proven track record of
meeting/exceeding sales targets
Excellent
verbal communication skills
(confident, persuasive, professional)
Comfortable with
high-volume cold calling
(50-100+ calls/day)
Strong
objection handling
and negotiation skills
Experience using
CRM software
(HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent
Basic understanding of
medical billing or healthcare operations
(or willingness to learn quickly)
Nice-to-Have:
Experience selling
healthcare services

Familiarity with

Compensation Structure
Base Salary:
?20,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentives:

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday
- 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST
[If targeting US clients: May require evening/night shifts to align with US business hours]
Occasional Saturday availability may be needed for follow-ups
