Position Overview
A Telecaller Executive is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to persuade and build trust with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
Handle inbound queries and provide prompt solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company communication standards.
Required Skills
Strong verbal communication in Hindi, English, or regional languages.
Persuasive speaking and active listening skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Time management and multitasking ability.
Qualifications
Minimum: Graduate
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
