Job Description

We are looking for a

proactive Telecalling Executive

to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and coordinating with the sales team to convert inquiries into site visits or bookings. Strong communication and persuasive skills are essential.

Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries. Understand client requirements and provide property details accurately. Schedule site visits and assist the sales team in follow-ups. Maintain CRM records and update call logs. Gather market and competitor insights to support sales strategy.

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling/sales, preferably in real estate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven, proactive, and organized. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
