Telecaller - Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities



Contact leads provided by the sales team. Explain product specifications, dimensions, variants, and benefits. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, order processing, and delivery schedules. Manage orders

state-wise and customer-wise

. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and orders. Achieve daily call targets, lead conversion, and monthly sales targets. Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
