We are looking for a confident and disciplined Telecaller who can handle customer calls, follow up on enquiries, and support our sales team. This role is for someone who is comfortable talking to customers, understands basic sales conversations, and can work with daily targets.
This is
not
a passive calling job. You will be expected to convert enquiries into store visits and orders.
Key Responsibilities
Call incoming and existing customer leads
Explain products and offers clearly
Follow up with customers and close basic sales
Book store visits and appointments
Maintain call and follow-up records
Coordinate with the store and sales team
Requirements
Basic English communication (Hindi/Gujarati required)
Clear speaking voice and confidence on calls
Sales mindset and willingness to follow up
Ability to work with daily call and conversion targets
Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred (freshers can apply)
