Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns politely
Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
Coordinate with internal sales and support teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent spoken
English
(neutral accent preferred)
1-2 years of experience
in telecalling, BPO, or international calling
Comfortable working in
night shifts
Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, dialers)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
UK, USA, or Canada processes
Background in outbound sales or lead generation
Real estate / IT / finance calling experience (if applicable)
