Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided data

Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally

Explain company products/services clearly and accurately

Generate and follow up on sales leads

Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team

Maintain and update customer details in CRM or call logs

Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
