We are looking for Tele Calling Agent who can manage relationships with our customer.
Responsibilities:
Call potential customers and explain our the Rentopus software.
Follow up with customers until they complete the purchase.
Help customers by answering questions via call/WhatsApp.
Maintain basic records of calls and customer details.
Requirements:
Must know Hindi, Gujarati, and Basic English.
Good communication and polite customer handling.
Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, MS Office).
Ability to understand customer needs and give clear explanations.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
