We are looking for a Telecaller with fluent English and strong knowledge of the diamond or jewellery industry.
Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, explaining product details, generating and qualifying leads, following up with customers, and maintaining records in CRM.
The candidate should have good communication skills, product understanding, and the ability to support the sales team effectively.
