Make outbound calls to new and existing clients for banquet inquiries
Explain banquet packages, pricing, and available services
Convert inquiries into bookings and schedule property visits
Maintain follow-up records and update daily call reports
Coordinate with the banquet sales team for closures
Strong communication & convincing skills required
Experience: Minimum 6 months-1 year in tele calling or sales
