Job Summary:



We are looking for the

Telesales Executive

who involves making outbound and inbound calls to sell products or services over the phone. They engage with potential and existing customers to share product information, negotiate prices, and ultimately secure sales

Roles & Responsibilties:



Identifying customer requirements to tailor product recommendations and offer solutions. Contacting potential and existing customers to pitch products or services and close deals. Answering questions about products, services, and the company. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers for repeat business. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals. Maintaining accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.

Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage customers effectively. Proficiency in sales techniques, including persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals. Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. Ability to convince customers to purchase products or services. Negotiation skills Ability to reach mutually agreeable terms with customers.
