Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls

to potential customers, including contractors, builders, architects, and project managers, to introduce and promote the company's PEB products and services.

Handle inbound calls

from prospective and existing clients, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about product features, pricing, and benefits.

Generate and qualify leads

by asking questions to understand customer requirements and specifications for potential construction projects.

Follow up on leads

diligently to nurture interest and schedule appointments or site visits for the external sales and technical teams.

Maintain accurate records

of all customer interactions, call logs, and sales activities using the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Smaac ERP).

Collaborate closely with the sales, engineering, and project management teams

to ensure seamless communication and project execution from inquiry to completion.

Resolve customer complaints

or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets

for call volumes, lead generation, and sales conversions.

Stay updated

on industry trends, product knowledge, and new offerings within the PEB manufacturing sector.

Skills :

Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales, or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the construction or building materials industry. Strong understanding of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and related components. Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using CRM software, Knowledge if IndiaMart, basic computer applications (MS Office, Excel), and phone systems. Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented individual.
