We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused
Telecaller
to join our dynamic team at Content Crest Media. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to engage clients effectively over calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain CCM's services.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone during conversations.
Follow up with leads and update the CRM regularly.
Understand client needs and route queries to the concerned department.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to lead generation.
Maintain call records and provide reports to the manager.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English & Hindi
.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good understanding of customer handling and follow-up.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
2 years of telecalling, customer service, or sales calling experience preferred.
