Responsible for generating new patient appointments and ensuring excellent phone communication. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual eager to learn phone sales and customer service within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Appointment Conversion:
Handle calls (inbound and outbound) to educate potential patients and secure confirmed appointments for dental services.
Patient Support:
Assist with appointment confirmations, follow-up calls for patient recall, and satisfaction checks.
Documentation:
Accurately enter and update patient and lead information in the digital scheduling system.
Target Achievement:
Work towards daily goals for outreach and appointment booking.
Requirements
Experience:
Freshers are welcome to apply!
Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus, but not required.
Skills:
Exceptional verbal communication, a friendly and positive phone demeanor, and a keen desire to learn.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
