Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers and provide information about products/services. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally. Generate leads and follow up to convert them into appointments or sales. Maintain customer database and update records in CRM. Explain company services and benefits effectively. Schedule meetings or interviews for the sales/recruitment team. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets. Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Report daily call status to the team leader/manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional language. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emailing, CRM usage). Good listening and negotiation skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:



Prior experience in telecalling / BPO / customer care / sales calling is an advantage. Fresher with good communication skills can also apply.

Working Hours:



10 to 7 6 Days working
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
