Make outbound calls to potential customers for insurance products.
Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility clearly.
Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls.
Maintain call records and update CRM daily.
Achieve weekly and monthly call/lead targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi/English (regional language Gujarati is a plus).
Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of insurance products is an advantage.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Immediate joiners preferred.
