We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with queries related to our IT products/services, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to provide information about products, services, and updates.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in system.
Follow up with customers for feedback, service updates, or unresolved issues.
Understand customer needs and guide them with relevant solutions.
Coordinate with technical and support teams for escalated issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
Meet daily/weekly calling and productivity targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telecalling or customer service experience (IT/Software industry preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
Basic understanding of IT products, software, or SaaS will be an advantage.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple customer queries.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
