Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company software. Understand customer requirements and explain product features and benefits. Generate and maintain database of leads and follow up regularly. Schedule product demos/meetings for the Business Development Team. Maintain records of calls, feedback, and communication history. Work towards

monthly sales and lead generation

. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills



Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati required; English preferred). Ability to confidently explain products and services. Good listening and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM call logs). Target oriented and self-motivated
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:

Telecalling: 1 year (Preferred)
Location:

Adajan, Surat, Gujarat (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
