Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company software.
Understand customer requirements and explain product features and benefits.
Generate and maintain database of leads and follow up regularly.
Schedule product demos/meetings for the Business Development Team.
Maintain records of calls, feedback, and communication history.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati required; English preferred).
Ability to confidently explain products and services.
Good listening and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM call logs).
