Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via phone, email & chat

Promote and sell FMCG items to customers

Maintain records of calls & transactions

Resolve customer complaints and follow up

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Strong Gujarati communication skills (mandatory)

Basic computer knowledge

Good persuasion & customer service attitude
