.The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting tour packages, and providing travel-related information over phone calls. She should have good communication skills and a pleasant personality to maintain positive client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound travel inquiries Explain and promote

tour packages, destinations, and offers

Maintain customer records and follow up on leads Coordinate with the sales and operations team for bookings Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Required Skills:

Excellent

communication and telephone etiquette

Knowledge of

tourism packages and destinations

(training can be provided) Good

sales and customer handling skills

Basic computer and

MS Office / CRM

knowledge Fluency in

English and Hindi

(other languages are a plus)

Qualifications:

Education:

Any Graduate / HSC or equivalent

Experience:

1-2 years
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
