We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales through outbound calling and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and convincing skills, with experience in lead generation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold callingto potential clients and generate leads.
Handle outbound sales callsto promote company products and services.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to close deals.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client queries effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-4 years of experience in business development / telesales / inside sales.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
