Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
outbound and cold calls
to potential clients to promote company services.
Identify prospects, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
Meet and exceed
daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
.
Maintain accurate call logs, CRM data, and reports on customer interactions.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate or Post Graduate (any stream).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Prior experience in
cold calling or sales
will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).
Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
