Job Summary:

We are looking for a

female telecaller

to handle incoming leads generated from ads through

WhatsApp and phone calls

. The role involves converting potential leads into clients by providing information about our IT services and maintaining excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and respond to leads from ads via

WhatsApp and calls

Explain company services (Web, App, Software Development, etc.) to clients Maintain daily follow-up with interested leads Keep accurate records of calls, messages, and client details Coordinate with the sales team for meetings or deal closures Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

Requirements:

Female candidates only

Good communication skills ( Basic English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred) Basic understanding of IT services Confident, polite, and customer-oriented attitude Freshers can apply; training will be provided

Working Days:

Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
