Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales.
Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Maintain customer records in the database with accurate details.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during calls.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team lead/manager.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, and interests.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role preferred (freshers can also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional language]).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software will be an added advantage.
High school diploma/Graduate or equivalent.
