Job Description



Make outbound calls to existing clients, diamond brokers, and potential buyers to promote company offerings (loose diamonds, certified stones, etc.). Handle inbound inquiries from clients regarding diamond inventory, pricing, and availability. Maintain and update client database (CRM/Excel/BDB contacts). Explain product specifications (carat, cut, clarity, colour, certification, assortments, etc.) in a professional manner. Coordinate appointments between clients and the sales team. Follow up on leads generated by exhibitions, trade fairs (e.g., Hong Kong Show, IIJS), and referrals. Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. Achieve weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Provide feedback from clients regarding market demand, pricing trends, and competitor activity.

Job Specification



Skills & Competencies



Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Good telephone etiquette and persuasive ability. Basic knowledge of diamond grading (4Cs, certification - GIA/IGI/HRD). Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email correspondence. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Positive attitude, patience, and customer-centric approach.
