We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining company products (commercial kitchen equipment), and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products and services.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about kitchen equipment.
Maintain customer records, update databases, and track call logs in CRM/software.
Generate leads, follow up with interested clients, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing departments to achieve sales targets.
Share quotations or forward inquiries to the concerned team.
Handle customer queries, provide product details, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Assist in follow-ups regarding payments, quotations, and order status.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of local languages is a plus).
Ability to explain technical products (kitchen equipment) clearly and confidently.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Customer-oriented mindset with patience and problem-solving ability.
Education:
Graduate / Diploma (any field).
Background in sales, hospitality, or kitchen equipment will be preferred.
