Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote Maxfile products and services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about offerings.
Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in the CRM system.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide feedback from customers to improve product and service offerings.
