The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, responding to inbound queries, and promoting company products or services. This entry-level role is key to building customer relationships and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided leads.
Answer incoming customer calls and address queries courteously.
Provide detailed information about company offerings and generate interest.
Follow up with leads and help set up appointments for the sales team.
Achieve daily or weekly targets for calls and lead generation.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and provide solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good verbal and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and recordkeeping.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
