Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve client queries
Handle queries related to
user access, login issues, password resets, KYC
etc.
Troubleshoot
application errors, connectivity issues
Maintain call logs and reports on daily calling activities.
Support other teams in client communication when required.
Call clients who are inactive on the platform/app and understand the reason for inactivity.
Maintain accurate records of all communication and documentation.
Calling to existing customer of the company to make them aware about new products & services launch by company.
