A telecaller makes outbound and receives inbound calls to promote products, generate leads, gather feedback, or provide customer support, acting as a direct link between a company and its customers. Responsibilities include making sales, answering inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and achieving sales targets, while requiring strong communication, persuasive, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities :-
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, and handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries or complaints.
Explain products and services, persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, and follow up on leads.
Maintain accurate call logs, update customer records, and record customer information in a database.
Address customer inquiries and concerns, resolve complaints professionally, and gather customer feedback to improve offerings.
