to join our automobile dealership team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential and existing customers, generate leads, provide information about our vehicles and services, and ensure excellent customer service to support sales and service departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote vehicles, offers, finance, and services.
Handle inbound inquiries regarding vehicles, test drives, prices, and after-sales services.
Schedule appointments for sales executives and service advisors.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate details.
Follow up on leads, pending inquiries, and past customers to encourage repeat business.
Explain product features, specifications, finance/insurance options, and ongoing offers.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and conversions.
Support marketing campaigns through telecalling for events, promotions, and service camps.
Build strong customer relationships to enhance dealership reputation and loyalty.
