Job Description

A telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, gather information, and facilitate sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Initiate calls to prospective clients and existing customers. Present and explain products or services clearly. Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives. Achieve daily or monthly call and sales targets.

Skills Required:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and negotiation abilities. Basic computer proficiency for data entry and record-keeping. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Work Environment:



Typically works in an office setting or remotely. May involve shift work, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require a degree. Previous experience in sales or customer service is often preferred.
