Relationship Building: Building rapport with potential students and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly targets for student enrollments.
Reporting: Maintaining records of calls, updating customer information in the CRM system, and reporting on progress.
Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati language.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with potential students and create a positive interaction.
CRM Proficiency: Ability to use and update customer information in a CRM system.
Time Management: Ability to manage a high volume of calls and follow up on leads effectively.
