Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries.
Promote clinic services and convert leads into walk-ins and sales.
Assist in executing sales strategies to meet monthly revenue targets.
Collaborate with center and marketing teams to drive activations and campaigns.
Maintain guest records and follow up for appointments and renewals.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and manage basic CRM updates.
Requirements:
Strong communication and convincing skills.
1+ year experience in sales or telecalling (wellness/clinic/hospitality preferred).
Comfortable with sales targets and phone-based interactions.
Energetic, team player, and customer-focused.
