We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to be the first point of contact for our physiotherapy clinic. The ideal candidate will handle inquiry calls, book appointments, and provide excellent customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries regarding clinic services.
Book and manage patient appointments efficiently.
Provide detailed information about treatments, pricing, and availability.
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with patients.
Follow up on appointments and patient queries to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with the physiotherapy team to manage schedules.
Maintain records of patient interactions and feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently and professionally.
A positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
