Job Title: Telecaller (Night Shift)

Department: Customer Service/Telecalling

Reports to: Team Lead/Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking a motivated and result-driven MALE Telecaller to join our NIGHT SHIFT team

. As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services

- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions

- Meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional manner

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales performance

Requirements:

- Male candidates only

- Graduate degree in any discipline

Ability to work in a night shift environment

timings: 9:00 PM TO 5:00PM) (INCLUDING LUNCH BREAK)
