We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and assist in converting enquiries into admissions. The Telecaller will play a key role in promoting our spoken English and IELTS programs and ensuring excellent customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on existing leads.
Handle inbound calls, provide information about courses (Spoken English, IELTS, etc.), and resolve queries.
Maintain and update call records, follow-up status, and lead database.
Assist the counsellor and centre team in converting enquiries into admissions.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead feedback and reporting.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all communications.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
- Confident and polite phone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, lead tracking tools).
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
- Ability to handle targets and deadlines.
