We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and assist in converting enquiries into admissions. The Telecaller will play a key role in promoting our spoken English and IELTS programs and ensuring excellent customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
? Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on existing leads.
? Handle inbound calls, provide information about courses (Spoken English, IELTS, etc.), and resolve queries.
? Maintain and update call records, follow-up status, and lead database.
? Assist the counsellor and centre team in converting enquiries into admissions.
? Coordinate with the marketing team for lead feedback and reporting.
? Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all communications.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
- Confident and polite phone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, lead tracking tools).
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
- Ability to handle targets and deadlines.
