Tele Callers

from science and pharmacy backgrounds to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and supporting sales and marketing teams by generating quality leads and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services. Understand and explain pharmaceutical/nutraceutical products effectively. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries. Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details. Coordinate with internal departments for product or service-related queries. Maintain a professional and courteous approach on calls.

Candidate Profile:

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Educational background in B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm is

mandatory

. Good communication skills in [Insert Preferred Languages - e.g., English, Hindi, Gujarati]. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
