Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Explain property features, project details, and investment benefits clearly. Maintain and update customer database with follow-up details. Generate interest and schedule site visits for the sales team. Handle customer queries courteously and professionally. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with sales executives for lead closure.

Requirements:

Male candidates only. Prior experience in real estate telecalling or telesales is an advantage. Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and regional languages. Confident, energetic, and target-oriented. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
